RMG Flexible Cancellation Policy

We look forward to welcoming you to Grand County! In today’s current climate, we understand the importance of flexibility when making travel plans. Our Flexible booking and Cancellation Policy offers confidence to book a trip knowing that you can change or cancel your reservation with ease.

Booking Policy

Book a trip directly* with Resort Management Group for arrival between November 1, 2020, and April 30, 2021, and only pay 20% down at the time of booking. Payment will be required in full 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 30 days will require payment in full.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations arriving between November 1, 2020  – December 16, 2020

Change or cancel your reservations with no penalty until 72 hours prior to arrival. Reservations canceled outside of 72 hours prior to arrival will receive a full refund. No shows, late arrivals, early departures, and cancellations within 72-hours of arrival are non-refundable and non-changeable.

Reservations arriving between December 17, 2020 – End of Ski Season 2020/2021 (April 30, 2021)

Change or cancel your reservations with no penalty outside of 14 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled outside of 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.  No shows, late arrivals, early departures, and cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable and non-changeable.

Credits:

  • For reservations booked directly with Resort Management Group, guests will receive a credit if Winter Park Resort cancels or closes for the 2020/2021 ski season and a guest has an upcoming winter stay during the dates of the cancellation or closure that has not arrived.
  • If the state of Colorado, and/or the home state of the person booking has prohibited travel or is in a shelter in place mandate during the scheduled dates of the booking, the booking will be credited.

Exclusions:

Casa de Montana, Hurd Creek Cabin, Dreamcatcher 7B, Dreamcatcher 9A, and Whispering Aspens are excluded from the above cancellation policies and subject to our primary cancellation policy.  That policy is as follows; change or cancel your reservation outside of 30 days and pay $100.00 + the applicable management fee. No shows, late arrivals, early departures, and cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable and non-changeable.  In addition, bookings staying 21 days or more will fall under our primary cancellation policy described here.

*Direct bookings are reservations made through Resort Management Group over the phone or online at WinterParkLodging.com. Bookings made on Online Travel sites like Airbnb.com, Winter Park Central Reservations, or Vrbo.com are not eligible for the above policies.
