The Mountainside is located “in the middle of it all” in Grand County, Colorado at an elevation of 8,200 feet. In addition to the close proximity of Ski Granby Ranch and Golf Granby Ranch other winter activities include skiing at Winter Park Resort, located about 25 minutes away, sleigh rides, snow shoeing, and cross country skiing. Spring and summer activities include fishing, hiking, whitewater rafting, boating on Lake Granby, as well as swimming, tennis and basketball right here at the Mountainside. The ski area also becomes a popular mountain biking destination for locals and visitors alike! The Mountainside is within a 10 minute drive to Grand Elk and Pole Creek golf courses and within a 30 minute drive to Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake, Hot Sulphur Springs, Arapaho National Recreation Area and much more!
The Timeshare Association undertook a multi-year remodeling project for all units resulting in beautiful top-rated condominiums with new flooring, paint, kitchen cabinets, doors, trim, stackable washer/dryer, and furnishings! The Mountainside condos have many desired features like free basic wifi, with the option to increase bandwidth for a nominal fee. Each condo is fully equipped with sheets, towels, hairdryers, an iron and ironing board, DVD player in the living room and of course, a full kitchen. The majority of the units all feature a private indoor 6 person hot tub off of the master bedroom. Please note, there are no elevators at the resort and steps are required to access all condos. You may however reqeust a mid-level unit to allow for the least amount of stairs.
Mountainside Timeshare guests receive a towel replacement and trash removal service upon request. A mid-week clean will be provided if the stay is for two full weeks. A mid-week clean includes changing sheets, towels, vacuuming, replacing amenities, and trash removal.

These units have one full and one three quarter bath, 1 queen bed, 1 queen sofa sleeper in the living room and 1 twin sleeper in the dining area.
One bedroom with Loft – 1,360 sq. feet. – Occupancy: Max 9/Privacy 6
These units have two full baths and one three quarter bath, 1 queen bed, 2 double beds in loft (with one of the bathrooms), one queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a twin sleeper in the dining area.
Two bedroom – 1,150 sq. feet. – Occupancy: Max 7/Privacy 6
These units have one full bath and one three quarter bath, 2 queen beds, one queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a twin sleeper in the dining area.
Two bedroom with Loft – 1,560 sq. feet. – Occupancy: Max 11/Privacy 8
These units have two full baths and one three quarter bath, 2 queen beds, 2 double beds in loft (with one of the bathrooms), and one queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a twin sleeper in the dining area.
